A career in real estate often reminds me of this quote:
You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.
Real estate is a results-focused, performance-driven business, and choosing to work with the right realtor makes all the difference.
To me, a career in real estate means that I only succeed when my clients succeed.
Put another way, your success is my success.
Of course, “success” could mean any number of things.
For example, in recent history…
But none of those are the reasons why you’re on this page, am I right?
You clicked on this page to learn more about me, not to read my résumé.
And I don’t blame you.
I learned a long time ago that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
That’s why my top priority is always to put people first.
To care not just about the dollars and cents of each real estate transaction, but to care about the human beings involved, as well.
And, just as important, to care about (and engage with) the communities we call home from Fort Erie to Port Colborne and everywhere in between.
It’s been my experience that, when you take care of your community, your community takes care of you, too.
In fact, you may know me best for some of the community events I’ve organized or been involved in — charity barbecues, car wash fundraisers, food drives, bottle drives, blood donor clinics, and those sorts of things.
If you’re local to Greater Fort Erie, you might also know me as the creator and host of The Fort Erie Podcast, a weekly online show with a focus on upcoming community events, real estate tips, local news, and interviews with business and community leaders.
The bottom line is this: a good realtor should also be a good community ambassador.
When you put people first, and when you to consistently strive to make every purchase and sale a win-win for all parties involved, you can never go wrong.
Anyway, without further ado, please allow me to introduce myself:
I like road trips, writing fiction, playing guitar, riding my bike, and video games. And, of course, I love selling real estate.
Today, my family calls Ridgeway home, and I proudly serve buyers and sellers from Fort Erie, Ridgeway, Crystal Beach, Sherkston, Port Colborne, and Stevensville.
In fact, here I am a couple of summers ago, standing on the border between Fort Erie and Port Colborne out on Highway 3:
Look, I don’t drive a fancy car.
I don’t own a Rolex or Ray-Bans.
I don’t show properties wearing a three-piece suit, either, despite how glamorous a career in real estate is often made to look on HGTV.
And I’m ready to deliver results for you and your family.
Brent has been nothing short of amazing during this exciting time…our home had an offer which we accepted the first day our listing was up. We would recommend [him] to anyone buying or selling a home!
—Jake A., Ridgeway
Brent had my house sold in one week and…went above and beyond to help with anything that I needed. He did such a great job of promoting my property and communicating with me every step of the way. I would recommend him 100 times over. He was a pleasure to work with and by far the best realtor I’ve had.
—K. Nahdee, Fort Erie
We will definitely be recommending Brent to our family and friends in the future! He has made this a very pleasant experience and always made sure we were in complete understanding of everything that was going on throughout this process. We feel very grateful to have had such a genuine real estate agent as first-time homebuyers. Thank you again, Brent, for everything you have done for us! You are truly outstanding and work so hard for your clients! We look forward to working with you again in the future!
—Sarah Schwab, Fort Erie
Now that you know me a little bit better and what I’m all about, I’d love the chance to learn more about you, your family, your real estate goals, and how I can help.
I don’t bite, I promise.
No pressure. Nothing like that.
Let’s just talk and see if we connect.
Remember, as I said at the top of this page, your success is my success, and the opportunity to serve you and your family is a privilege that I do not take lightly.
