I passed my fifth and final exam today in The Salesperson Registration Education Program with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), which means I can now apply for registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
I thought, for anyone who might be interested, that I’d publish my final transcripts.

In all, I completed these six courses (via eLearning) and five exams in less than three and a half months. While this pace isn’t typical — the college gives you eighteen months to finish — it is possible. And, yes, I actually read each textbook cover to cover.
It’s worth mentioning that I chose to write every exam at the Don Mills location (OREA Real Estate College) which happened to have the earliest exam dates to pick from. I also wrote each exam on an iPad (rather than paper) in order to receive my final grade faster (within a half hour) then immediately registered for the next course.
These two strategies allowed me to move through all six courses much faster than if, say, I’d chosen to write paper exams in Hamilton.
